As the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) rapidly increases, expanding charging infrastructure has emerged as a core challenge. National status—3% range cumulative and 13.1% new penetration: reading the EV market through two figures. To accurately understand the current state of EV adoption, the two indicators of 'cumulative penetration rate' and 'new penetration rate' must be examined separately.
